1. About this policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using Drasyn. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Service. Because Drasyn combines remote access with file hosting, misuse can cause real harm — this policy exists to prevent that. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask us at support@drasyn.com first.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to store, share, transmit, or make available any content that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers minors in any way (we report such material to the relevant authorities without notice);
- infringes anyone’s intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- contains malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, or other malicious code;
- incites or threatens violence, or promotes terrorism, hatred, or harassment against people based on protected characteristics;
- contains another person’s personal or confidential data that you have no lawful basis to hold or share;
- is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to phish or scam others.
3. Remote access and screen sharing
These features are the highest-risk part of Drasyn. You must not:
- connect to, view, or control any device you do not own or are not clearly authorised to access;
- use the Service for technical-support scams, refund scams, or any scheme that tricks someone into granting you access or control;
- impersonate a company, official, or support service to obtain access;
- conduct covert surveillance, stalking, or monitoring of a person without the consent required by law;
- record or capture another person’s screen, camera, audio, or activity without any consent the law requires;
- attempt to bypass, disable, or fake the consent prompts, operator approvals, or authorisation steps built into the Service.
4. File service
You must not:
- use the file service to distribute prohibited content (section 2), including using the public tier as a delivery network for such material;
- host or distribute malware or content designed to harm users who download it;
- use file storage or share links in a way designed to evade quotas, moderation, or takedowns (for example by re-uploading removed content);
- place an unreasonable serving or bandwidth load on the file service, or hotlink files in a way intended to abuse it.
5. Security and integrity
You must not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, without our prior written permission;
- access data, accounts, hosts, or parts of the Service that are not yours;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, the Broker, or its infrastructure — including denial-of-service attempts or flooding;
- circumvent rate limits, quotas, or entitlement checks;
- share, publish, or abuse API keys, or use another user’s credentials.
6. Fair use of resources
Plan quotas (storage and maximum file size) define fair use of the file service. Beyond those, the Service — and the Broker in particular — is intended for interactive, good-faith use, not as general-purpose bulk transport or as a channel for automated abuse. You must not use automation to generate excessive load, create large numbers of accounts or keys to evade limits, or otherwise consume resources in a way that degrades the Service for others. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service.
7. No resale
Unless we agree in writing, you must not resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service, or operate a service for third parties on top of it.
8. Enforcement
We are not obliged to monitor use of the Service, but we may. If we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, we may — with or without notice, depending on the severity — warn you, remove or disable content, make a public URL return an unavailable-for-legal-reasons response, throttle or restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We will act proportionately, but serious harms (such as child sexual abuse material, active attacks, or scams) may warrant immediate termination.
9. Reporting abuse
To report a violation of this policy — including abusive remote-access behaviour, unlawful files, or a security concern — email support@drasyn.com. Please include enough detail for us to locate the content or account (for example, the share link, public URL, host, or account involved) and describe the problem. We take reports seriously and will investigate.
